Brad Kleyla

Brad Kleyla is a Rhode Island based multi-instrumentalist, audio engineer, and teacher. Brad is a graduate of DePaul University in Chicago, IL where he studied Trombone under the direction of Charles Vernon, bass trombone of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, and Mark Fisher, Trombone with the Lyric Opera Orchestra of Chicago. He also studied Sound Recording and Engineering with Thomas Miller and Dan Steinman. As a Tenor, Brad is in demand throughout southern New England as both a soloist and choral singer, performing in some of New England's premier choral ensembles. Performances include Tenor arias from Handel's Israel in Egypt, Handel's Messiah, the Saint Saens Christmas Oratorio, Rachmaninoff's All Night Vespers, and Benjamin Britten's Serenade for Tenor, Horn, and Strings. Mr. Kleyla has also performed in the Cathedrals of Worcester, Gloucester, Hereford, and Tewksbury in England. In addition to his vocal performances, Brad is an accomplished Trombonist and a professional Recording Engineer, making recordings for choral and instrumental ensembles and soloists, including members of the Boston Symphony Orchestra and Rhode Island Philharmonic Orchestra. In addition to his career as a classical musician and private lesson instructor, Brad plays lead guitar and sings with The Kleyla Family Band, which he founded in 2016.
